Was in Vancouver, Canada with the family last week.  What a beautiful city with some amazing eats.  One of our best finds was The Fish Counter on Main Street, a rustic mix of a fish retail shop and a take-out restaurant.  So good, my mouth's watering thinking about it! We had just spent the day exploring Stanley Park so our stomachs were ready.  I eyed the Fish and Chips immediately.  The ling cod was amazing, perfect batter--light and crispy, served with addicting fries and a refreshing kale coleslaw. We also ordered the Salmonito, a burrito of sorts with fresh, flaky salmon, crispy cabbage and an eye-opening chiptole mayo.  My kids devoured their crispy cod tacos.  That's always a telling sign.  And they got a kick out of the cute mini mason jars for their drinks.  A key call-out is that everything here is sustainable and they support Ocean Wise, truly dedicated to this philosophy.  This place is a must-visit next time you're in town.  If you make it, would love to hear what you think.
