Returns and exchanges are accepted on merchandise within 21 days of receipt for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED, and with ALL tags attached. Footwear must include the original shoe box in its original condition. Damages to or omission of this box may result in a fee.
Sale and Clearance Items
Sale items may be returned for outdoorbalance.com store credit only, unless otherwise noted. Clearance items are final sale only and cannot be returned.
Shipping Information
You will be responsible for any costs to ship your return or exchange merchandise back to us. We encourage you to use an insured service (we cannot accept responsibility for any lost or damaged packages).
For returns, once your package has been received at outdoorbalance.com, your refund (When will my credit card be refunded?) or store credit will be processed. Please note: Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will send in-stock items right away at no additional shipping or handling cost.
